The Prayer of Expansion

God, Universe,
Help me to know your greatness. Help me to embrace my own.

One of the main reasons we turn to the overuse of coping mechanisms like food, shopping, zoning out to TV, alcohol, over cleaning, over working, over working-out, is because we're BORED with our lives and ourselves....and we don't know what to do or how to change it.

The soul craves growth.

It's always growing, even if the human is resisting.
We abandon ourselves, our own dreams and desires to accommodate others.
We self abandon, so others won't abandon us. NO good.
This creates a teeny-tiny box for a teeny-tiny portion of us to live in.
Eventually the soul gets much to big for the box the human has created, and we experience growing 'pains'.

You are so much greater than you ever could have imagined.
So much grander, wiser, capable, worthy, expansive, encompassing, competent,
deserving, free, receptive, on-point, gifted, potent, powerful.

How much of your greatness are you embodying?
Probably like .5% ......no joke.
There is SO much more to you
There is SO much more available to you when you step into that moreness.

Life will meet you at the level you are willing to meet life.
So, how much of You is showing up?
And those parts of you that ARE showing up, in what flavor/tone are they showing up....?
Are you showing up in resentent, fear, anxiousness, disappointment, discouragement, grief, jadedness, self hatred...?

What's your main vibe right now....honestly.
Not the vibe on the surface, (that surfacey vibe has zero affect on what you manifest btw....)
But down deep.
What's the main frequency/flavor/vibe/tone that you're showing up to the dinner table of life with?
There's no right or wrong....but just look at what is. Honesty gives us something stable to work with.
Whatever your answer, this is the summary of the overall tone of your life at the moment, and will continue to be so until you shift that old unresolved energy out.

THIS ENERGY IS THE THING THAT'S BLOCKING YOU FROM EMBODYING MORE OF YOUR GREATNESS and OPENING UP YOUR LIFE TO A NEWNESS THAT INSPIRES AND INVIGORATES YOU!!! (aka manifesting what you desire in your life)

This is in the way of more.
More abundance
Joy
Happiness
Love
Health
Feel good
Space
Resources
Ease
Flow
Opportunity
Success
Inspiration
Security
Freedom
More of whatever it is you're after.

A greatness that emanates from the depths of your being

Make ALL of you welcome here.
The good, bad, ugly, your biggest dreams and deepest desires.
The more of YOU that you allow to show up, the more LIFE will show up for you with all of it's goodness.
