Your body is your vessel of manifestation, it is your vibe.
It affects how you hold yourself, how you walk how you talk, how you put yourself out there, what you go for….or what you do not.
It totally affects how we interact with the world!!
It happens to us all, we lose ourselves, we lose our bodies, we get pulled in a million directions, life takes over and we fall off track with ourselves…and then it can be a downward spiral, or a bloody fight to get it back.
Don’t worry, it’s only temporary, if you grab the reins NOW!!
For a variety of reasons we stop prioritizing what we need to feel our best, be don’t listen to our deepest needs…we abandon ourselves, we give our power away.
The result is a body that’s not a vessel inside which we feel confident, sexy or powerful.
Whether we like to admit it or not ladies, this leaves us in a disempowered state.
Let’s wipe the effects of 2020 off and out of our bodies NOW, and get back in our power—-physically as well as mentally, emotionally, spiritually!!!!
