A bit about Adam:

Adam Poock is founder of AP Longevity-Health in Dedham, Massachusetts.

Adam is a 1995 graduate of the Boston University Sargent College Applied Physiology embarking him into the field of anti-aging and physical age management.

Over his nearly 30 year career, Adam’s greatest teacher has been solving the challenges of his own chronic pain (first back spasm at age 11!). Adam has extensive experience in brain injury rehab as well as fall prevention in the elderly. This, along with experience rehabbing elite level fighters, golfers, performers and yogis gives Adam his uniquely blended understanding of prevention and aging from the micro to macro levels.

Adam is a 25-year yoga enthusiast, very average golfer and absolutely obsessed with sharing his knowledge of all the surprisingly small mechanisms which can protect our physical youth and re-define “aging” for all of us.

Kelly has 15 years of experience in the field, and her specialized approach  stems from a rich background in holistic and mind-body sciences and personal development. She is Board Certified Holistic Health Consultant, Advanced Bio-Energetic Practitioner, Mind-Body Specialist. Creator of Mind-body Innovations, an Intuitive Consultant, Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor. She is passionate about helping people step into their full potential both physically and personally, at any point in their lives.
