There can exist a myriad of emotional wounds, traumas, shame, negative beliefs about your body, self esteem issues, and pent up pain and fear that can wreak havoc on our self concept, our glandular systems, and translate out to our physicality. Rarely are chronic body issues due to a physical imbalance that is not rooted into an mind/emotional energy block.
