How to Shift Out of a Low Emotional State

Well isn't that special...(think of the church lady on SNL) Jeez....that's all great and fine, BUT, pray-tell, how do you go from feeling like an emotional turd to feeling gratitude and freedom and joy so that you CAN be a vibrational match for what your want? How!?! How?!? ...and not feel like you are faking it

Well let me tell ya, one thing you can do is take some deep breaths, unclench your jaw, separate your teeth and get the scowl off your face (aka resting bitch face). See that already feels better doesn't it :) Now with your mouth open just a bit, look up for a few moments?
Things shifting yet?
Now give yourself a chuckle while looking up. Be easy. Notice that you've got yourself all worked up thinking that some outside condition has control over you and is messing up your life. It feels icky, and frustrating and whatever other not-so-pleasant emotions you want to attach to it, simply because it's-not-true. That's your internal GPS system peeps. It's letting you now that your mind has taken you out of alignment with your truth and your desired state of being. Warning Warning Warning change directions!!! lol

Now affirm, that you are indeed that creator of your life. You do have control over your feelings, emotions and thoughts which are the ONLY things that determine the quality of your life experiences. phew
